More About Me

Since 2015, Gretchen has been helping buyers and sellers all over the greater Seattle area meet their real estate goals. She knows that, while part of this career is about showing homes and doing paperwork, it's mostly about connecting with people and meeting them wherever they are in life. She prides herself on being trustworthy, hardworking, and really listening to her clients’ needs. While much of the real estate industry is transaction focused, Gretchen strives to build long lasting and meaningful relationships with her clients.

Having previously worked for 5 years as a client services associate for a financial services firm, she knows very well how clients want to feel supported during large financial decisions. That’s exactly what she gives - support. Sometimes she will talk you out of buying a certain home if it’s not a good investment or talk you into painting or staging your home but rest assured, it is your interests for which she is always looking out. Whether you’re selling your family’s beloved home, you’re a first-time homebuyer or an investor, Gretchen will treat you with the same care. Her goal as a realtor is to smoothly guide you through the buying or selling process, get you the result you want, and provide the kind of service and support you want to tell all your friends and family about.

Born and raised in Woodinville, Gretchen can drive around the eastside with her eyes closed. After graduating from Inglemoor High School, she ventured off to NYU and later transferred to and graduated cum laude from University of San Francisco. Having been away from the stunning mountains and blue waters of Washington for 4 years, Gretchen was yearning to return. As a young adult she lived in neighborhoods all around Seattle and can speak to their investment potential and their culture (especially where to eat). In her free time, Gretchen enjoys all this beautiful state has to offer from hikes with her pittie-chihuahua rescue dog, cross-country skiing, and going to musicals. She also can be found trying new restaurants, cooking new recipes at home, and singing showtunes at the top of her lungs.
